This is my favourite mantra: it is what guides me in my life and in my practise as a licensed Naturopathic Doctor and Birth Doula in Toronto.  My passion is helping families to grow and thrive through pregnancy, birth and the great beyond. I am also a mother to two tiny humans, so I know the deal… it’s also why I am mobile and come to YOU. They say it takes a village, and here I am, ready to be part of yours.
